A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Your deposit if fully refundable up to 5 days prior to your event. The remaining 50% is due on pick-up. You may send a cheque, e-transfer or pay cash.
You may pick up the dishes 2-3 days before the event. Times are flexible with individual situations. Rental returns are expected 1-2 days after the event. Deliveries are not included but can be arranged for a small fee, depending on the location.
We ask that all food be cleaned off each item. Simply wipe and pack the china gently back in the containers and we will do the rest. Please do not put them in a dishwasher.
Accidents happen! Due to the difficulty in replacing some of these items, we request a refundable damage deposit of 20% of the total rental fee. Please provide this in a separate payment on the day of pick-up. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you in full when the items are safely returned.
